Output selected channels from SACD iso to flac

Is there anyway to output only selected chanels from s SACD ISO file.  I have some SACD ISO files that have FL FC FR but when I output flac files I get

Channels : 5: FL FR FC BL BR

the BL and BR as blank.  This confuses the media program into thinking they are 5.0 files.

I used Audacity to remove the BL and BR but if I can skip that step it would be nice.

I downloaded and installed Matrix Mixer.  I include it in the processing flow.  Figured out how to configure it but does not seem to work.

Let me describe the processing flow:

Drag SACD ISO into foobar2000

Select the test track

Right click the test track

Enter converter setup dialog box:

Output Format = Format: FLAC, level 6.
Destination = File name pattern: %tracknumber% - %title%
Processing = Additional decoding, Matrix Mixer. (configured in File-->Preferences-->Playback-->DSP manager--> Matrix Mixer (active)

Click --> Convert

Output file still has the rear channels when viewed in Audacity:

When you get successful results is the Channel info in the flac file updated properly?

How did you configure Matrix Mixer?
P.S. "Additional decoding" is not ncessary here.

Just found the configuration under Converter setup.

It works.  Even updated the Channel descriptors.

You also need to select it and press button "Configure selected" (it's just above the list of active DSPs).
Then configure it as shown in picture in reply #3
