1.3.10 b1 and enqueue option

The option "Set "Enqueue" as the default action" works here (Win 7SP1) if I click on a file in Explorer, but doesn't work when I click or press Enter in Total Commander. In this case fb2k clears playlist and starts to play the file.

I noticed that values of "HKCR\foobar2000.<EXT>\shell" keys are set to "play" even if "Set Enqueue..." option is on. Previously (in 1.3.9) they were set to "open" in this case.

Same problem here in Windows 10.
