Foobar2000 mobile and Raspberry Pi 3 on Windows 10 IoT

Is this the forum to discuss whether it is possible to use the mobile version of Foobar2000 on the Raspberry Pi3 running Windows 10 IoT?

When I looked at the regular Foobar2000 SDK it looks similar to the Windows 10 IoT development environment for PC.  Have the Windows 10 IoT environment running on my machine to try things and was looking for any guidance you might have.

Thanks for reading.

There is no such thing as "plugins" for the mobile version, anyway. It's a monolithic product as to allow it to be published into the Google Play, iOS App and Windows stores.
