Foobar2000 1.3.9 not support WMA in Win10 11082

I used foobar2000 1.3.9 to play WMA files, I got some information like:
Unable to open item for playback (IWMSyncReader::OpenStream failed : Unknown error code (0xC00D0BDE)):
"D:\My Music\BACK-ON\ニブンノイチ-INFINITY\01 ニブンノイチ.wma"

Unrecoverable playback error: Sample rate of 44100 Hz not supported by this device

Output device:DS.
Windows Version: Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview, 1511 - 11082.1000
Foobar: 1.3.9 Final.

ps: I used WMP, Potplayer to play WMA files, worked.

I note you're using the very latest Windows 10 insider build (aka the first release of Redstone).

Microsoft have stated that this build does have issues. This may related to your problem as 11082 is a beta OS and not intended to be used on a production system.

Yes, but issue is about a setting, everyone can fix it, but this is a bug.

It seems to me a compatibility issue. Microsoft intended to change the codec and Foobar2000 can no longer play wma ever since Windows 10 Build 11082 (11082,11099,11102). Unfortunately I don't think Peter will fix this issue soon -- he usually waits until the OS gets finalized, which would be several months later.
