"Enqueue" using file context menu became slower in 1.3.9

When adding file to playlist using "Enqueue" from windows explorer it takes ~1.3 second to file appear in playlist (in 1.3.9). In 1.3.8 file appears in playlist immeditaly. But folder enqueue works fast with 1.3.9 just like with 1.3.8.
What changed in 1.3.9 that file enqueue became slower?

I use windows 7. Problem appeared only after update foobar2000 to 1.3.9. If downgrade to 1.3.8 it dissapears.

It may be related to this from the changelog...

Code: [Select]
Removed “LegacyDisable” key in file type associations handling as it's been known to cause problems with modern Windows versions [beta 5].
