folders and conversion

Hello All!

currently, I have a large folder with my lossless music in it.  I keep high res images of the cover art in a separate folder.  here's my setup:

E:\Music\FLAC\%albumartist% - %year% - %album%\%artist% - %album% - %discnumber%.%track%. %title%.flac
E:\Music\Artwork\%albumartist%-%year%-%album%.*

I would like to create another folder, where I keep compressed versions of my flac folder, and also either add the album art to the respective album folders or add it to the compressed files as a tag. 
any ideas please?
