Is there a simple Treble/Bass control for fb2k?

I find controlling the built in 18 band EQ to be too difficult. A 5~7 band EQ would be easier, and a simple Treble/Bass control would be better than nothing. Any add-on that provides this?

Thanks!

Looks nice, but 10 minutes of reading manuals, copying files here and there etc didn't get me anywhere. It's getting late here, so I'll try again tomorrow.

Thanks for giving me some direction

I think the closest you can get without having to install a bunch of plugins is to just make different equalizer profiles (yes, it's a pain, but you only need to do it once), each of which has more or less base/treble.

Personally I'd suggest not touching the EQ (including bass/treble) unless you are switching audio systems constantly want to pretend there is some consistency between them.

I finally managed to get SLickEQ to work. If anyone is having similar problems, try this:

1. Install Foobar2000 VST 2.4 adapter (by dragging foo_vst.dll into Preferences\Components, then applying)
2. Download and extract TDR VOS SlickEQ "Windows (no installer)" package.
3. From Preferences\Components\VST plug-ins\ click Add and select the file TDR VOS SlickEQ.dll from TDR VOS SlickEQ (no installer)\VST2\Win32
4. Under Preferences\DSP Manager\ move TDR VOS SlickEQ to Active DSPs
5. To open SlickEQ, use the View\DSP menu and only use the mouse wheel to control the knobs. Drag and drop frequently crashes fb2k.
