sort playlist by items added

I have a playlist called 'car' for mobile listening. I want to sort it by song descending order from when it was added to the playlist to easily track the latest import.

foobar2000 does not track when an item was added to the playlist. The closest you can get is the date and time when a track was added to the media library. As far as I remember you need the foo_playcount component for that.
