Internet Radio Streaming URL's

Hi
I am a newbie with Foobar.
Used before Musicbee.
But because I have both a new sound card and I would like to have a better sound, I switched to Foobar because of the positive topics I have read regarding the best sound performance.

Now, I have setup foobar with just a simple skin for my needs. I am sure, that I will change that later on, maybe do some scripting to make it nicer.
Just right now I have a panel for playlist/now playing, lyrics, bio, album art, Facets for Genre, Artist and Album, and equalizer. Yesterday I add a tab with a panel for online radio.

For that, I have collected a lot of online radio streaming URLs.  I also found an internetsite with a list of streaming URL's for radio stations.
For those who are interested, the link is: http://www.hendrikjansen.nl/henk/streaming.html
It is Dutch but it has also a list of online stations in Europe.
Then there is also this one: http://www.mikesradioworld.com/

To use it within Foobar, just copy the url, open Foobar, file/add location and it is working fine. This way, you can create a playlist with Online internet radio stations.

Trying to load a URL to see if I can stream a web radio station but (File >) "Add Location" is dimmed out and unavailable. It happens with portable foobar and installed foobar on two different PCs. What am I overlooking?

EDIT: Well I just opened foobar player again after posting and now "Add Location" feature is available. No idea why they change though. No obvious reason for it.
