Korg Audiogate Issue

So I'm using Korg Audiogate, and I'm trying to convert a single large DFF file to a series of smaller DSF files using a cue sheet, but any time I open the large DFF file in KA, nothing seems to happen. Any idea what's wrong, or how else the problem could be solved?
