Newer lame library compiles on Rarewares

The lame library downloads at http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lame-libraries.php were last compiled against ICL 12, but I see the .exe has been updated to use the latest compile.

(i'm referring to the libmp3lame.dll downloads, not lame_enc.dll from the bundle)

Can someone provide new ICL 14 versions, both x86 and x64? Would be muchly appreciated!

(also, am I completely ignorant, or where is the link for newer FLAC compiles? I see them listed on the main page, http://www.rarewares.org/index.php, but not under Lossless or Other)

Yeah, these only contain the lame_enc.dll, not the (sane) API found in libmp3lame.dll
