Foobar Ipod manager - Converting Replay Gain to Soundcheck...

Hi all

Hope this is the right forum...  Wasn't sure if the Foobar iPod Manager counts as "third party"?

Anyhow, here's where I'm at....  I am ripping my music collection to mp3 for use with an iPod Classic 160GB.  I'll be using dbPoweramp, and I will set it up to write both types of Replay Gain tags; Track Gain and Album Gain.

As I understand it, Foobar will automatically convert the ReplayGain to Soundcheck ALBUM Gain.  A quote from another thread says:

"Replaygain to SoundCheck conversion: Uses album gain if present, otherwise track gain."

Presumably that's the default.  My question is whether this can be changed?  If Track Gain AND Album Gain is present, can I ask Foobar to convert the Track Gain for the Soundcheck tag?

Fingers crossed!  Many thanks

Max
