CD Covers displayed on Winamp

What is the best plug-in to use on Winamp that will allow me to scan and display my cd covers when I click on a song?

Other than scanning them yourself one way to get album covers is by using Tag&Rename. There are also various (illegal?) websites where you can acquire album covers, but I can't help you any more on that. Another solution is to search on amazon.com and copy the image of the cd cover.

To view the covers the winamp browser window can do it though I'm not sure how to set it up.
I use the EAR plugin, which also lists various details about the music file you are playing:

To get this plugin to work you may have to also download msxml4

.dd.

None of these are adequate.  I've been spoiled by the XMMS CDCover plugin in Linux.  The closest thing I can find for WinAmp is Morgan Leborgne's plugin - it only displays cover art, and uses graphic files in the same directory as the currently play music file.  Unfortunately, it only works with *.BMP files - no jpgs  or gifs.  Furthermore, I'd prefer it if I had a bit more flexibility in where the image files could be located.  "In the same folder" works fine for full albums, but for directories full of "miscellany" it would be nice to have the program look in a relative subdirectory for a JPG with the same name as the audio file.  (Like I said, I've been spoiled by the XMMS CDCover plugin.)

So my dream would be to either have some talented coder add those features to Morgan Leborgne's plugin (I see source is available to download), or to port the XMMS plugin to WinAmp...

Sadly I have no coding skills.
