Phase scope/phase correlation meter

Hi everyone,

does anybody knows if there is a third-party (or native) component for phase correlation metering? Phase correlation metering is a very useful tool and I really miss it among the metering tools Foobar already has.

As you can see from the picture below, I use George Vohng's VST Wrapper and Izotope Insight as a phase scope, but there's a quite big latency difference between the audio playback and the native Foobar's spectrogram/spectrum/peak-meter with the VST plugin. In fact the VST plug-in has a lower latency than the played back audio and native meters (and I really wonder why?!?!). Furthermore the VST wrapper makes the loading time of Foobar longer.

I googled everywhere to find a phase correlation meter component, but no way.

If there is no phase/stereo metering available, I do strongly believe that a phase correlation meter/goniometer would be an amazing plus for Foobar and I would suggest it for future Foobar releases.

Thank you very much in advance for any suggestion or comment

Andrea
